Crisis Response & Incident Command is a high-tempo engagement designed to restore decision integrity during active incidents. We establish a war-room cadence, define escalation thresholds, and keep stakeholders aligned to validated information.

CRI.08/ TRANSITION

Archer Knox does not treat stabilization as completion. Command remains active until authority can be transferred without recreating the conditions that caused the response to fracture.

Where the incident exposes recurring structural weakness, the engagement can transition into protective intelligence, security advisory, investigation, or fractional executive oversight under a separately defined mandate.
